Can I give an overnight stay as a gift?
It is possible to order a giftcard from Het Arresthuis for a fixed value in euros. Since our rates can vary, it is not possible to issue a giftcard for a specific overnight stay. However, you can reserve a stay for someone else and pay for it in advance.
I have booked a package that includes a VIP voucher for the Designer Outlet. When can I pick it up?
You can collect your VIP voucher at any desired time on your arrival day at the reception of Het Arresthuis. You can then redeem the voucher at Guest Relations in the Outlet Centre. Here, you will receive a number of day-specific discount coupons. Additionally, with this voucher, you can park for free at the Designer Outlet Centre.
With which packages are drinks included?
In the Arresthuis vs ONE and Arresthuis vs Da Vinci packages, drinks are included in the form of a wine pairing. This arrangement is inseparably linked to these packages. The packages in combination with restaurant Damianz do not include drinks. During dinner, guests may choose their own beverages.
Can I park as a hotel guest at Het Arresthuis?
As a hotel guest of Het Arresthuis, you can use our hotel's parking lot from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking spot in advance; parking is based on availability. You pay € 10.00 per stay, per car.
Can I charge my electric car in the parking lot of Het Arresthuis?
Het Arresthuis has 6 charging points from Allego. These parking spaces are subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. You can charge your car with your own charging pass or by scanning the QR code on the Allego charging station.
Until what time can I leave my car on the day of departure?
You can leave your car in our parking lot until 12:00 PM on the day of departure. If you wish to leave your car longer, we would be happy to inform you about the options at the reception.
Where can I find the history of the hotel?
Het Arresthuis was formerly a house of detention. The former cells have now been converted into luxury hotel rooms, where historical elements are still present. Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Het Arresthuis. They are also not allowed in the bar, the restaurant, and the courtyard of our restaurant.
Can I store my bicycle during my stay?
Het Arresthuis has a secured bicycle storage that is exclusively accessible for hotel guests. You can also charge your electric bicycle here. Please note that the bicycle storage is not covered.
Can I rent bicycles during my stay?
In cooperation with Rijwielhuis Jaspers, it is possible to rent bicycles. You can choose from city bikes and electric bikes. The bikes will be ready for you at the hotel upon arrival. If you would like to use this service, we kindly request you to contact our reception at least 48 hours before arrival.
My company is paying for the entire stay. Can I dine à la carte at Damianz?
Restaurant Damianz exclusively offers a fine dining menu of 4 to 8 courses and does not offer an à-la-carte menu. If you prefer à la carte dining and want the costs charged to your company, we would be happy to make a reservation for you at our sister hotel, TheaterHotel De Oranjerie. In that case, the cost of the dinner can still be invoiced to your company. This is only possible for companies with which we have corporate agreements.
