Useful information
Can I park here?
The Arresthuis has its own parking lot right next to the hotel, in the center. As a hotel guest, you can use it from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure. You will be charged €10 per car, per stay. There are 6 charging points available.
If the hotel occupancy allows it and you are not staying with us, it is still possible to park with us. A charge of €5 per car will apply. If you wish to do this, we advise you to call before arrival to ask if this is possible. If not, we recommend parking at the Q-park behind the Oranjerie. This parking lot is located about a 5-minute walk away.
Do you take special dietary requirements into account?
If there are dietary requirements or allergies that we need to take into account, we would like to hear about them in advance. Do you want to view our allergen card or inform us about dietary requirements/allergies? Please contact us at +31475870870 or info@hetarresthuis.nl.
If these are not known to us before arrival at the restaurant, we will charge a supplement of € 20.00 per customized menu.

Is it possible to have dinner on the terrace?
On a nice day, we welcome our dining guests on the terrace of Het Arresthuis, ''the exercise yard'' for an aperitif and the finger foods that we serve before the menu. To ensure the quality of service and overview, the dinner continues at the table in restaurant Damianz, where we start the menu. Afterwards, it is of course possible to enjoy your coffee and/or digestif on the terrace, so you can end the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
Are pets allowed?
Although we love animals, pets are unfortunately not allowed in Het Arresthuis and restaurant Damianz.
An exception applies to guide dogs for the blind and other officially registered assistance dogs.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is allowed in our outdoor area. There are several tables designated for this purpose where an ashtray is available.
Can I use my laptop and phone in the restaurant?
Would you like to make a phone call during your visit? Then we kindly ask you to leave the restaurant for this purpose. The use of a laptop or iPad is also not allowed in Damianz.
In this way, we want to offer all guests a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, so that everyone can fully enjoy the culinary experience.
Children welcome from 4 years old
Young guests from 4 years old are welcome to join us. We kindly ask that they be accompanied during dinner and behave quietly, so that all guests can enjoy a relaxed and refined atmosphere.
Cancellation policy
We kindly request any cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For cancellations within this period, we reserve the right to charge the menu price times the number of reserved persons.
For groups of 10 or more people, we apply the KHN Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry.

Our head chef Jeroen, who knew since 7th grade that cooking was his calling, leads the kitchen of Damianz with unrestrained passion and creativity.
After years of experience in the best gastronomic kitchens of Limburg, he brings his love for recognizable dishes with worldly influences to us. With a classic foundation as a basis, Jeroen creates signature dishes in which shellfish and poultry often take the lead.
David Manders
Master Sommelier
Our master sommelier David's expertise lies not only in wine, but the ambiance management in the restaurant is also of great importance. With a great passion for European wines, he always looks for unique, refreshing combinations that complement the surprising creations of Jeroen.
His approach is warm and relaxed, with a keen eye for what our guests like to do themselves. Service with a personal touch!
